I am really loving the Spring 2011 designs from Tsumori Chisato. The blend of 1930s-esque tailoring with whimsical illustrations and almost absurdly bright pops of colors is just so fun. The jaunty little hats (and that pair of spats!) round out the whole look, making it all the more fantastical.
